Description: This is a lady with A cup breasts who wanted to be larger but not too large. She elected to have the surgery with the incision in the arm pit. Close analysis shows that her left side is smaller, tighter and has a higher positioned breast fold. The ideal surgery for her would be breast augmentation on both sides and a breast lift on the right to improve the symmetry of the nipples. However, she absolutely did not want to have any scars on her breasts and was willing to live with some asymmetry. She is very happy with the results, especially the fact that there are no scars on her breasts at all. She looks larger but still natural. Some people may say that we could make her even bigger. It is true, but her desires come first. The scars under the armpits are barely noticeable. Transaxillary (armpit) breast enlargement is an excellent technique for the patients who naturally have small and not droopy breasts. For the patient and her plastic surgeon it is very important to dete.
